In Shelley’s two-hour hip opening yoga workshop you will get to loosen tight hips, improving your range of motion and circulation in the hip area – alleviating back pain and more. Having healthy hips helps us move with ease, protects our knees, helps our lower back and keeps us agile. With the special hip-opening emphasis of this workshop, as well as increasing your physical mobility and flexibility, you’ll be gently releasing emotional tension and the stresses of modern-day life.
