Some of our yoga teachers are taking a bit of time out over the summer, but rest assured we’re still keeping up the yoga momentum for you! As a dedicated yogi myself, I know what it’s like to miss my regular yoga, so here’s wheat we’ve arranged so you can carry on gaining your lovely yogic R&R. Most of our regular yoga classes will be continuing over summer… it’s not yoga on the beach (who wants to do a class so publicly!?) but it’s a lovely tranquil studio with small classes so it’s friendly, fun and private.

9-10am Mondays 
On 16 & 23 July Mercy Turner is making a guest appearance to take a class
On 30 July & 6 August Shelley Edwards will be teaching

5.45-6.45pm Mondays
Claire Gorman is making a guest appearance to take classes on
16, 23 & 30 July and 6 August

Wednesday evenings
Nathalie Kealy will be teaching a 6-7pm class on 18 & 25 July, 1 & 8 August
Please note: there will be just one Wednesday evening class on these dates, 6-7pm

Fridays 9.15-10.15am
Clare Collins will teaching on the following dates: 27 July, 17, 24 & 31 August and 7, 14 & 28 September


Our summer line-up of yoga teachers

Clare Collins made a resounding success of a debut with us a couple of weeks ago. She will be working regularly at The Hub on select Fridays evenings and Saturday mornings. And, as she’s still training (at the end of her course, due to finish in November), her classes are slightly cheaper (£8).

Nathalie Kealy is a already a regular Hub teacher with her popular Friday nights yin yoga. She is also set to start Find your Inner Calm meditation and yoga in September.

Mercy Turner is an established yoga teacher in the New Forest, a woman of many talents who also offers massage and Bach Flower Remedy treatment and has experience of reiki, meditation and coaching, shamanic practices and more.

Claire Gorman is a regular yogi at The Hub, and we’re thrilled that she’ll be joining us at he end of the class over the summer.

Most classes are £10 except Clare’s which are £8. Just give us a call on 01590 670955 and we can book you a place. Or just turn up on the day if the yoga urge strikes on the day!
