Vinyasa yoga with Varvara Dranidis

A huge welcome to Varvara Dranidis, who will be offering vinyasa yoga first thing on Wednesdays

Varvara’s dynamic vinyasa yoga is a beautiful mix of strengthening but also softening and releasing asanas (poses) to encourage you to let go. Incorporating breath work (pranayama), alignment, mindfulness and challenges for focus and fun… As Varvara is also a qualified massage therapist she always finishes savasana (relaxation) with a deeply soothing head and neck adjust to relax you further.

Varvara has practised yoga for 20 years, recently enriching her practice with a solo adventure to Bhutan where she discovered lots new in meditation/puja (repetition of mantras with mala). She also started up a successful yoga and wellness holiday in Greece (www.healthy-options.co.uk) 14 years ago alongside her husband’s renowned sailing centre Wildwind, which continues to flourish.

This class is suitable for all levels.
