YOGA FOR ATHLETES
Not just for the professionals! For anyone who is active! Whether you are training for an event – running, walking or cycling – or would just like to work on tight hamstrings and hips. This workshop will give you a flavour of how yoga can complement your active life, physically and mentally, giving you the opportunity to experience the physical benefits of greater flexibility, balance and strength while bringing a focus to your breath. Working through correct alignment of the postures in a flowing, friendly, small group space with lots of individual attention. We will finish with a nourish juice.
