I am a qualified NLP practitioner (Neuro Linguistic Programming), life coach, corporate and executive coach, business coach, trainer and mentor, accredited by the Coaching Academy. I hold a Diploma in Leadership and Management and am also a preferred supplier of training for Hampshire Chamber of Commerce and Southern Entrepreneurs. I am also a motivational speaker and enjoy taking many of my presentations to an audience.
My business, Progress to Success, works with various companies delivering coaching, training and mentoring, training staff and teams within companies, plus providing support for customers and vulnerable adults. I also produce and present my own Well Being Radio Show for Voice FM Radio 103.9 (voicefmradio.co.uk).

Specialising in weight loss/well-being, stress/anxiety, confidence and self-esteem coaching, phobias and career coaching, I am a qualified Advanced Clinical Weight Loss Practitioner via The Health Sciences Academy, and have a wealth of knowledge and experience in helping clients to lose weight, get fit and maintain their fitness goals.
As a qualified yoga, meditation and relaxation teacher (Senior Teacher – Member of Yoga Alliance), I teach many classes, both within the workplace and outside, and also deliver coaching and training workshops on the subject of yoga and how to de-stress and be at your best more often. My yoga and relaxation classes are adapted to all levels and abilities and are a complete mind, body and soul workout.
Yoga for me is my way of life and I feel powered by it every day, whether it is my own practice or teaching my clients. I love seeing the impact and the difference that all areas of my work have had on individuals and that people can take what they learn on a yoga mat into their everyday lives as well.
