Rebecca has been teaching pilates for nearly 15 years and throughout this time has heavily focused on women’s physical and emotional well-being. A busy mother to three young girls, Rebecca believes in the art of self-care which she practises daily through her own set of rituals.
Rebecca believes that pilates holds the key to a strong and aligned body, able to provide good health and vitality at any age.
