From a very young age beauty and make-up have always been a passion and I could spend hours researching and trialling all sorts of products, brands and treatments. I loved the external transformation on my friends, families and myself but, more importantly, the internal change from the boost in confidence and inner glow that comes from finding just the right foundation, serum, cleanser, mascara or whatever it might be!

Having experienced many health issues since the age of 12 (from ME to nerve damage after a big car accident to polycystic ovaries and a chemically induced menopause), I have found myself turning more and more to alternative treatments and therapies. Homeopathy, chiropractors, specialist massage therapists, hypnotherapy, hydrotherapy, reiki, reflexology, acupuncture, yoga, mindfulness, meditation and a whole host of other wonderful options have worked alongside traditional medicines in a longterm pain-management plan. Spending time seeking out new treatments and enjoying the most beautiful and sense-enveloping spas has been my only space to switch off just a little and truly relax and listen to what my body needs.

I started my training by receiving a CIBTAC for Aesthetic Treatments from The London School of Beauty & Make 13 years ago, and continued to provide treatments and do training to keep my skills up to date with the latest treatments and trends, alongside working in high-pressured managerial roles for boutique hotels. But, never losing my love for the health and beauty industry, I recently decided to focus 100% on my lifelong obsession, leaving my hospitality background behind to begin my own freelance beauty and make-up service across the New Forest.

Now more than ever we all need to pay attention to the world we live in and the impact we have on it. So with this in mind it is important to me to bring an aspect of thoughtful beauty with a conscience to my treatment menu and show that it is not only holistic treatments and therapies but all sorts of beauty treatments (including manicures and pedicures) that can belong under the cruelty-free, vegan and British-made umbrella and ensuring we are mindful of what we put in and just as critically on our bodies. My aim is to insert a little calm and a space for you to relax and unwind while I assist in revealing your natural beauty by providing treatments to boost confidence and bring out that inner radiant glow that we all have within.
