The path that led me to where I am today has taken many twists and turns, but each step has given me something invaluable that shapes the way I work. For a lot of my teenage years I felt lost and disconnected. As I grew older my world began to lose its former colour and appeal. I lacked any confidence at all and felt like I was losing who I really was, what it was to be ‘me’.

There are two key moments that helped me to reconnect with myself and find confidence, passion and happiness. The first was being convinced to take a yoga Class. The second, seeking out help from a cognitive hypnotherapist. Combined these two practices have allowed me to control the incessant chatter of the monkey mind so that I can rest more and more in the present moment, rather than worrying about the past or wishing myself somewhere in the future.

My passion is supporting young female adults and women who are struggling with low self-esteem, anxiety, perfectionism, or are trapped in cycles of negativity, to dissolve unhelpful beliefs and habits so that they can find a sense of belonging, purpose and self-worth.

Through a deep and emphatic understanding I empower my clients with knowledge and skills to regain control over their own thoughts, feelings, behaviours and ultimately find happiness within their life.
