Weleda well-being advice
Since becoming a Reiki Master and Teacher in 2005, I have been using reiki to help people of all ages (from babies to the elderly) and with a variety of conditions – from stress-related complaints, emotional problems and anxiety, to injuries such as knee and back problems, to sleeping disorders, Parkinson’s disease and ME. Over the past seven years I have been using special flower essences to enhance and speed up the healing effects of reiki.
I offer a personalised service, always aspiring to empower my clients to help themselves to attain good health and a more positive outlook. In particular, I believe in the power of our thoughts and the importance of loving and appreciating ourselves, as taught by Louise Hay.
In 2013 I was offered the opportunity to become a Weleda well-being advisor, one of the first in the UK, receiving intensive training and raising awareness of the health benefits of 100% natural skincare.
I have a background in medical information technology and worked for many years in Germany as a software analyst and line manager but decided to leave my successful career due to a stressful corporate life, sick building syndrome symptoms and fertility problems.
My qualification as advisor for healthy and sustainable living (a two-year German government-accredited course, attained 20 years ago) gave me a thorough understanding of the way our health is affected by food and chemicals in the products around us.
Over the past 20 years I have worked with therapies such as reiki, homoeopathy, yoga and flower remedies to restore my general health and support two successful pregnancies. In 2000 I began my training in reiki to help my son recover from allergies and asthma.
Uli’s qualifications include: Dipl Inform Med, Weleda well-being advisor and UK Reiki Federation Master Teacher Member.
