Nathalie is a certified 500-hour advanced yoga instructor, mental well-being practitioner and founder of Value Your Mind, a company that uses natural ways to support people in reducing stress and finding ease within the mind.
After 10 years of working as a mental health practitioner Nathalie came to yoga as a natural and holistic way to reduce stress and boost confidence for herself and her clients. She has since completed training in several different styles of yoga including vinyasa flow, yin yoga, yoga nidra and yoga therapy. Using this and her background in mental health, she offers yoga classes that are centred around reducing tension, finding balance and restoring confidence.
Her deep awareness of mental health and how to use natural ways to support and improve it has also led to Nathalie writing several articles for health and well-being companies. She is currently a mood expert for a number of online health platforms and offers free support and advise on her Value Your Mind blog.
As well as open yoga classes Nathalie supports clients through regular mood-boosting retreats, one-to-one mood and lifestyle coaching, workshops and private therapeutic yoga sessions.
1-1 therapeutic yoga coaching
Therapeutic yoga is designed to help heal and support individuals with physical and emotional complaints. Using a combination of different styles of yoga and yogic tools, including physical postures (asanas), breath work and meditation techniques, it works with both mind and body to restore balance, reduce stress and improve health.

Each session is 60 minutes. During your first session Nathalie will talk about what your goals are from the yoga coaching. She will then spend the rest of the time leading you through a gentle yoga practice to gain better understanding of your body’s mobility. Subsequent sessions will be designed to address your specific goal. She will also offer simple techniques for you to try at home.
