Influenced by my wonderful teachers & personal yoga experience, I like to bring a sense of fun, focus and empowerment to each of my classes. Through synchronised movement & breath I hope to enable my clients to leave each class feeling energised, refreshed and positive. My classes offer a dynamic, physical challenge alongside nurturing, restorative practice. I like to provide a warm and welcoming environment where clients with any level of experience can experiment,  grow or just take the time out for themselves.
