Made from real leaves (when available) that are gathered in the New Forest area, the dishes include a drainage hole and feet to keep your handmade soap dry and therefore to last longer. Most carry the New Forest Marque, the sign of true local produce.

These pretty ceramic soap dishes are individually crafted by New Milton potter Bill, from Pure Soapiness. Made from real leaves (when available) that are gathered in the New Forest area, the dishes include a drainage hole and feet to keep your handmade soap dry and therefore to last longer. Most carry the New Forest Marque, the sign of true local produce. During the winter when leaves are scarce they will use garden leaf varieties such as Brunnera.

About Jacquie’s Artisan Soaps

Pure Soapiness is a husband-and-wife team in New Milton in the New Forest, Jacquie making the vegan handmade soaps and potter Bill crafting the beautiful leaf soap dishes. Made in small batches Jacquie’s Artisan Soaps use pure plant butters and oils to produce creamy and bubbly luxurious bars suitable for all skins. Ingredients include aloe vera gel harvested from my plants, oat milk and New Forest Spring Water. Jacquie favours natural colours such as alkanet,  indigo and gentle cosmetic clay wherever possible, and her recipe do not include artificial hardeners. Using a free-draining soap dish is recommended. Most varieties carry the New Forest Marque  – the sign of true local produce. Please note that this is a handmade product and some design variations will occur.

Jacquie is a member of the Guild of Craft Soap and Toiletry Manufacturers and all her soap varieties have been cosmetically assessed and comply with EU regulations.
