As a polarity therapist and teacher, I help people find balance and health in their lives. As part of this therapy we use movement, relaxation and meditation to release stress, stretch and lengthen tight muscles, balance energy and calm the mind.
This class combines different techniques that include yoga postures, qigong, moving with deep awareness, stretching and lengthening your muscles, breathing, brain training, reflexology, and strengthening and releasing energy with sound.
Becoming mindful of your body can help you regain a sense of self. Through various methods you will learn how to release pent-up energy and then balance your energy. Experience what it is like to connect to your soul energy by calming your mind through relaxation and meditation.

Wear comfortable stretchy clothing and bring a mat or yoga mat.
