How our emotions affect our physical health

Our polarity therapist and meditation teacher Jane Seaman and our naturopathic nutritionist Rhi Hepple are joining forces to offer this insightful talk about how our emotions can give us physical symptoms.

You are probably already familiar with the fact that emotional stress can lead to stomach aches, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and headaches, and that when you’re feeling anxious, het up and stressed you can feel nauseous or your muscles contract and tense up. But you might not know that emotions can also cause other physical complaints and even chronic pain.
