What’s involved on our New Year retreat:
Our popular yoga teacher Shelley Edwards will take you on a journey of self-discovery allowing you to check in with yourself and calmly rejuvenate, perhaps turning your New Year resolutions into reality. The day will include…
- gentle hatha yoga, including learning various breathing techniques.
- relaxation and meditation.
- learning to be be mindful with awareness of your chakras.
- coaching on a personal goal/aim or aspiration and creating a mini action plan to take away and work on.
- a sound bath with Sonja Gundry, ending the day with ultra-restorative sound healing.
As well as being one of our popular yoga teachers, Shelley Edwards’ business, Progress to Success, works with various companies and individuals delivering coaching, training and mentoring so you’re in good hands to set your goals for 2019. Sonja Gundry’s sound baths are a sellout monthly highlight at The Hub, so you’ll need to book fast to secure your place on this one-day retreat! Sound therapy is well proven to help with many physical and emotional conditions, not least stress, pain and insomnia.
