Our new Saturday morning class with Catherine Brennan will set you up nicely for the weekend! A yoga class not only about fitness and peace of mind, but about balance, co-ordination and posture. Integrating movement, breathing and mental focus, it improves physical and mental health as well as spiritual awareness.
Suitable for: everyone welcome, whatever your level of experience or fitness!
