Are you constantly looking after others with no time for yourself and curious about how you keep repeating unhelpful patterns? Interested in understanding and developing yourself to cope better with life?
Come and learn about yourself in this confidential, safe and therapeutic space, once a week for 10 weeks in a small group of just 6-10 women.
The aim of the group is to:
- Improve your confidence and self-esteem
- Raise your awareness and support your personal growth through self-exploration
- Help you cope with competing demands in your life and find time for you
- Enrich personal and family relationships through finding your voice
Themes will include: self-care, support, self-identity, core beliefs, managing emotions, worries and anxiety and exploring relationships with others, past and present.

Lucy is a gestalt psychotherapist and counsellor who is UKCP and BACP registered. She started her working life in banking, then moved to management positions in public and voluntary sector organisations. She retrained as a counsellor in 2015 and then completed her Masters in gestalt psychotherapy with Metanoia Institute in 2018. She has four years’ experience of working in private practice, with a range of people and ages, covering varying issues. She also volunteered for agencies counselling young people aged 13-25, university students and adult survivors of childhood trauma. She recently lectured on the Diploma in Humanistic/Gestalt Counselling for Eastleigh College and remains as a sessional lecturer.
Time: Fridays 12-2pm
Period: 10 weeks, 27 September–6 December (excluding 1 November)
