Hannah’s meditation takes you on a peaceful, ultra-relaxing meditative walk in nature, relishing the smells, sounds and touch of the forest. Allow 25 minutes to connect to Hannah’s soothing voice in this guided meditation and you will connect to the earth, releasing the emotions that may have built up through the week.

Enjoy this guided meditation experience? Why not join Hannah for her yogic relaxation class on Tuesday 7.45-9pm once a month. For this monthly class you will be using a mixture of yogic breath work, chanting and yoga nidra to de-stress and revitalise your mind, body and soul. The class will be teacher led to allow you to surrender to the practice without having to worry about what to do next. Taking time for yourself is becoming increasingly more important as our lives get busier and technology keeps our minds active for more time than is healthy. This class will be the perfect way to shut off from the outside world and concentrate solely on the present moment.

About Hannah

‘I want to be able to help people feel happy and healthy, in both the physical and mental. I encourage people of all ages and abilities to try something new, whether that’s starting something from scratch, a new style of class or a new teacher. We can learn so much from each other if we open our hearts, drop our judgement, breathe and stay present.

Yoga has given me tools, confidence and more clarity in myself than I ever thought possible. Sharing my passion is something very important to me which is what led me to teach.

Being able to see a change and growth in any individual is something very special, but being part of the reason for that change is something beyond words.’
